Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Any orders placed the first week of the launch of a collection might be subject to further delays due to higher-than-average order volume.

Please be aware that under certain circumstances it can take up to 30 days to receive your order, if you have any questions about this please contact us here.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All orders over $75 have the option for free shipping via our shipping partner Chit Chats, you still retain the ability to pay for shipping via one of the other paid shipping partners available at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: The United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All orders over $250 have the option for free shipping via our shipping partner Chit Chats, you still retain the ability to pay for shipping via one of the other paid shipping partners available at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Architectur is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@studioarchitectur.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time via our shipping partner Chit Chats, if you are wishing to ship to a PO box please select one of the other shipping options available to you at checkout. Be aware that Chit Chats provides our free shipping option and as such if you are needing to ship to a PO box we are unable to offer free shipping for your order.
